Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 17:00 PM (GMT-5). Orders received after this cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Handling Time

We strive to prepare and dispatch your order quickly. The handling time is between 1–2 business days, and fulfillment occurs strictly on Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Transit and Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes between 3–9 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Deliveries are carried out on Monday to Friday only.

Taking into account both handling and transit times, customers can expect their order to be delivered within an estimated total timeframe of 4–11 business days.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
