At Vivian Vogue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are pleased to offer a 45-day return and exchange window for customers located in the United States. This policy applies to both defective and non-defective items, provided that all returned products are in new and unused condition.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept both returns and exchanges. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if you received a defective product, you may return or exchange it within 45 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@vivianvogue.com. Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label to download and print.

Return Shipping

All returns are processed by mail only. We are pleased to offer free return shipping, which means there is no cost for any return. A prepaid label will be issued for your convenience. There are also no restocking fees associated with returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued using your original payment method. Please allow up to 20 days for your refund to be fully processed. You will also receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully completed. All refunds are issued in USD.

If your payment was made in a different currency, please note that your financial institution may apply its own exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.
